Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive accounting tasks during monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
• Oversee the activities of the Funds' Administrator, ensuring accurate reconciliation
• Handle investor-related processes such as capital calls, distributions, and reporting requests.
• Lead the fund audit process, addressing inquiries from auditors and ensuring compliance.
• Prepare various compliance reports
• Assist in the valuation process for quarterly fund assessments.
• Analyze and report fund expenses while maintaining strong internal controls and business processes.
• Identify and resolve critical accounting and reporting challenges.
• Undertake special projects and financial analyses to support firm leadership.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; CPA certification is required
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and general ledger management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with professionalism and integrity.
• Advanced analytical and technological capabilities.
• Experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
