Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master
Who you are:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience and 2–3 years Scrum Master experience.
- Proven Jira expertise managing multiple backlogs across internal and vendor teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, use case development, and documentation.
What you will be doing: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Jira boards across 7 backlogs.
- Coordinate with 4 vendor teams and internal dev team on backlog priorities and code branch merges.
- Gather requirements, create use cases, and develop training/documentation for adoption.

Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in, 2 days from home

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
