Role Description

AMDG Architects is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer who’s passionate about purpose-driven design, exceptional craft, and client relationships that last. This is an opportunity to shape projects from concept to completion across a broad portfolio: custom residential, private PK-12 + higher education, workplace, faith-based + nonprofit, healthcare, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and guide the architectural design process through multiple phases: Master Planning, SD through CA
  • Create excellent graphics and presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts
  • Lead client meetings
  • Translate goals into client-centered design concepts and detailed construction documents
  • Implement concepts with design and technical coherence

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in architecture design (high-end residential, K-12/higher ed, workplace preferred)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture
  • Architectural license preferred
  • Experience in Revit; proficient in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Passion for detail, documentation, and client service
  • Exceptional communication and team collaboration
  • Motivation to achieve continuous learning, mentoring, and growth
