Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team full-time. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to students with medical needs in a school setting. This position requires a skilled professional who is mitted to ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of students while supporting their ability to learn and thrive.

  Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including managing tracheostomy (Trach), gastrostomy tube (G-tube), and ventilator needs.
• Administer medications and perform seizure management as needed.

• Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in OregonState.
• CPR and First Aid certification (current or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with trach, G-tube, vent care, and seizure management is preferred.
• Strong munication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus but not required.
• Create and implement individualized health care plans for students with medical needs.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outes for students.
• Monitor and respond to student health concerns during the school day.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in pliance with state and school policies.
• Assist with bus riding as required to support students with medical needs during transportation.
