Baer is looking for SAP Basis PI-PO Consultant for a 6+ month project located in Atlanta, GA Title: SAP Basis PI-PO Consultant Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 Description: Lead teams and manage client accounts, ensuring project success and maintaining high standards. Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff, fostering professional growth and development. Motivate and inspire team members to deliver quality solutions and meet client expectations. Coach and leverage team members' strengths, driving performance and success. Identify opportunities to contribute to the firm's growth and success. Embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and promote these practices within your team. Manage the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP PI/PO/CPI solutions. Provide development and configuration expertise for SAP PI/PO/CPI integration scenarios. Assist in creating solution strategies and providing Application Evolution Services. Requirements: 6 years of experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI support or implementation projects. In-depth knowledge of SAP application solutions, with hands-on experience in PI/PO/CPI. Strong expertise in PI/PO/CPI development, design, and configuration. Basic knowledge of ABAP and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). Proven ability to develop scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategies. Experience in assisting clients with SAP application packaged solutions and providing solutions to client needs. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead global teams, develop strategies, and present cogently. Demonstrated thought leadership both internally and externally, contributing to the SAP community. Ability to drive new, market-differentiated SAP solutions. Bachelor’s Degree.
