We are seeking a +5 years of enthusiast, talented and experienced Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst – who can help us in providing business analysis, requirement gatherings, JADs, provide Salesforce CRM Business Analysis and deployments” services to our clients. Should a need arise, this hybrid position would require on-site (Sacramento, CA) once or twice a month only if need otherwise completely remote.
Required Skills:
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in performing business analysis services in support of Salesforce deployments.
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in analyzing, documenting, communicating, and verifying requirements – in a large JAD meeting(s) with various teams including client.
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development and/or information technology teams.
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in performing business analysis services in support of Salesforce deployments utilizing an iterative* (Agile) development process.
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud and Lightening Services) solution requirements.
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience using business modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in evaluating business processes and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in updating and maintaining system procedures and process documentation.
• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in monitoring business analysis deliverables and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project artifacts.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology.
