We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at ArgomTech, a fast-growing electronics accessories brand. From smartwatches to wireless earbuds, we create innovative products that enhance everyday life—and we want you to help us share them with the world.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Train and coach sales teams on our products, features, and selling points
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and product demos
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve training materials
- Stay up to date on new products and market trends
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, training, or retail (consumer electronics preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural motivator with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Comfortable speaking to small groups and leading training sessions
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new products
🔹 Bonus If You Have:
- Bilingual skills (Spanish is a plus)
- Knowledge of CRM tools or digital sales platforms
- Experience using PowerPoint and/or Tableau
