Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.50 POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Outfitter performs various selling and customer service activities, including greeting customers, handling merchandise, providing information, assistance, and direction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Demonstrate products to customers. Replenish and restock merchandise per guidelines. Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training. Assist with seasonal merchandise movements. Keep work area clean and stocked. Follow all company policies and procedures. Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs, making recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up. Perform other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Ability to calculate discounts and make change. Friendly and professional communication skills.
