What you get to do: + Facilitate training using various methods such as asynchronous bite-sized content, virtual and/or in person classroom instruction, practical training, role-playing, group discussion, etc. + Leverage multiple training platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet and learning management systems + Advise participants in the program to help meet established schedules or resolve technical challenges. + Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs during and after the training program to measure for desired effects. + Support revenue generation by helping our new hires get productive fast. + Act as an internal consultant to managers and leaders. Listen for the opportunities to elevate their teams and match the identified need with a proper development solution. + Review analytics on learning platforms to gauge learner's understanding of training content. + Curate training materials from a variety of sources + Audits program content to ensure content is relevant and up to date with any organizational updates.
