Safety Manager
Location: R&L Spring Company & Medicoil – Lake Geneva, WI

R&L Spring Company, a trusted and growing manufacturer in Lake Geneva, is seeking a hands-on, people-focused Safety Manager to lead and elevate our EHS program. • Champion a proactive safety culture in partnership with leadership and employees
• Lead EHS strategy, compliance, and training efforts across the facility
• Conduct inspections, audits, Gemba walks, and risk assessments to identify and address safety hazards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop practical and sustainable safety improvements
• Manage EHS documentation, compliance reporting, and workers’ compensation cases
• Stay up to date with OSHA, EPA, and ANSI regulations and implement best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field
• OSHA or similar EHS certification strongly preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in Safety leadership, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with safety data sheets, job hazard analysis, and PPE assessments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; workers’ compensation experience is a plus
