Job Description
The Site Supervisor shall manage and schedule role players, ensuring scripts are followed and coordinating onsite activities. Serves as the immediate supervisor for all Role Player Personnel and is responsible for scheduling the correct amount of Role Player Personnel for events. Reviews the status reports of contract personnel and addresses issues as appropriate. Tracks and reports all man-hours worked and expenses on a weekly basis. Holds regular status meetings with the Project Manager and all Role Player Personnel. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully, while inspiring Role Player Personnel to attain goals and pursue excellence. In addition, this person will keep track of lessons learned, mitigate Role Player Personnel conflict and communication problems, aid Project Manager in setting and managing client expectations. Communicates effectively with the COR to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
