Our Orchard Park, NY showroom is looking for an eager, driven Retail Manager in Training--you’ll dive into the heart of our operations, learning to lead sales, guest service, and logistics under the guidance of our General Manager. We’ll provide the tools and mentorship to help you grow into a leadership role. This is your chance to develop skills, drive results, and prepare to build a winning team.

What You’ll Do:

• Support sales efforts by learning to make smart, effective decisions
• Help ensure every guest walks away impressed
• Participate in focused team huddles to energize and align the crew
• Observe and assist in providing clear direction to keep everyone on track
• Engage in 1-on-1s with associates to learn how to boost performance
• Embrace and live our Vision, Mission, and Values every day
• Shadow management to develop leadership and operational skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication—clear and to the point
• A solid grasp of retail operations and strategy
• Ability to connect with people and build trust
• Quick, reliable, and organized under pressure
• A leader who can coach and motivate a team
• Able to lift 75 lbs. with help (for product demos)
• Ready for 8–12-hour shifts on your feet
• Flexible schedule—nights, weekends, holidays included
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required
• 2-4 years of retail management experience—commission-based a plus
