Job Summary We are looking for a full‑time Housekeeper in Brownsburg, IN, to clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards. No experience required; training will be provided. Location Brownsburg, IN, 46112 Compensation Base pay: $16.00–$23.00 per hour. Weekly bonus possible up to $25. Plus tips with potential earnings of up to $700 per week, paid weekly. A company car is provided if you have a valid driver’s license. Benefits Paid time off after 1 year of employment; holiday pay after 6 months. Company supplies, training and a uniform are included. Advancement opportunities within the franchise. Responsibilities Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards. Perform housekeeping tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead and other cleaning duties. Communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Follow company processes and maintain high customer satisfaction. Work as part of a team, adapting to various work environments. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Completed background check. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks. Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Must communicate in English. Valid driver’s license. At least 18 years old. Reliable transportation to and from work.
