Job Summary We are looking for a full‑time Housekeeper in Brownsburg, IN, to clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards. No experience required; training will be provided. Location Brownsburg, IN, 46112 Compensation Base pay: $16.00–$23.00 per hour. Weekly bonus possible up to $25. Plus tips with potential earnings of up to $700 per week, paid weekly. A company car is provided if you have a valid driver’s license. Benefits Paid time off after 1 year of employment; holiday pay after 6 months. Company supplies, training and a uniform are included. Perform housekeeping tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead and other cleaning duties. Communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Follow company processes and maintain high customer satisfaction. Work as part of a team, adapting to various work environments. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States. Completed background check. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks. Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Must communicate in English. Valid driver’s license. At least 18 years old. Reliable transportation to and from work.
