Role

Aman at Sea has an exciting opportunity to join our team in South Florida as a Reservations Agent.

In this position, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales and service inquiries from travel advisors and guests, providing accurate information, and ensuring each reservation is handled with efficiency and care. You will serve as the liaison between guests, travel advisors, and the Reservations team, coordinating all voyage arrangements to deliver a seamless and personalized booking experience.

You will represent Aman at Sea’s brand standards at every interaction, ensuring that each guest’s journey is curated to reflect the highest levels of luxury, precision, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls/email leads from travel advisors and guests regarding their inquiries by providing a thorough presentation of our voyage experience, applicable pricing and promotions, the itinerary and travel document requirements through the process of reserving the voyage.
  • Assist with all aspects of the reservation process including creating new bookings, modifying existing reservations, processing payments, and issuing confirmations.
  • Manage guest special requests such as dietary needs, food allergies, medical accommodations, celebratory occasions and any other special needs through our concierge service experience.
  • Coordinate dining, spa and theater reservations.
  • Provide detailed information about voyage inclusions, onboard amenities, shore excursions, and travel policies.
  • Assist guests with shore excursions recommendations and reserving them.
  • Upsell suite upgrades, travel insurance, and other value-added services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the reservation system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on company policies, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Participate in briefings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury cruise line contact center, travel agency, or hospitality environment. World travelers are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or proprietary cruise line systems) is a plus in addition to Salesforce
  • Expertise with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
