We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This part-time, virtual position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' language development and academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective ESL instruction to students in a virtual classroom setting.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of English language learners.
• Assess students' language proficiency and tailor instruction to support their growth.
• Monitor and document students' progress and provide regular feedback.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educators to support students' learning goals.
• Utilize technology and online resources to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio teaching certification with an ESL endorsement.
• Experience teaching ESL students, preferably in a virtual setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technological skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible part-time schedule.
• Passion for working with diverse student populations and helping them achieve their language learning goals.
