As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical/Surgical department, I provide direct patient care using the nursing process in compliance with organizational policies. I am responsible for delivering quality healthcare to a diverse patient population including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. My role requires a valid nursing license in Utah and proficiency in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.

Position Summary:

$10,000 sign on bonus

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies of the organization. This is a Nursing Service position that provides delivery of patient care with the knowledge of a Registered Nurse. RN new graduates must have a temporary license in the state of Utah. Must in their last semester of a nursing program. The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred

• [Utah, United States] Registered Nurse

  Must have a current valid Utah nursing license, compact state license or Utah apprentice RN License

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
