Community Bridges is an area agency who provides supports and services to those in our community who experience a developmental disability or an acquired brain injury. Currently, we have a wonderful opportunity for an RN to join our caring team. In this role you will be working with another RN who will provide full training. If this is a new area of care for you, we have you covered with full training provided!

Schedule: Part time or Full time opportunity including flexible hours for personal/family needs

Qualifications:

• Current New Hampshire RN License with two years of licensed nursing experience

Skills:

• Effective communicator in communicating with various teams and groups in a thoughtful and clear manner to provide direction to a team of caregivers
• Have a desire to work with those who experience a developmental disability
• Train staff on proper care, medication oversight, and assisting staff with answering medical questions
• Provide oversight and review of nursing paperwork
• Complete the Nurse Trainer certification through the Department of Health and Human Services
• Provide classroom training on medication administration to new hires and the renewal of medication training
