Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with excellent chairside skills and a professional, patient-centered attitude. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced general dentistry office.

What You’ll Do
• Assist the dentist with a variety of general dental procedures
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Take digital X-rays and impressions
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure smooth patient flow
• Keep inventory organized and stocked
• Ensure a clean, calm, and efficient clinical environment

Requirements
- RDA license – active and in good standing
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- 3+ years of experience in a general dentistry setting
- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or SoftDent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
