We are currently seeking a Pre-Closer to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC! You will assist in handling real estate activities and transactions on behalf of clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing an excellent client experience. What You'll Do:

• Assist the Paralegal/Closer or Closing Attorney
• Order HOA Statements and Mortgage Payoffs
• Communicate with buyers and sellers regarding closing times, locations, etc.
• Assist in preparing closing documents
• Other office admin duties as needed

What You'll need:

• Hold either a current appointment as a North Carolina Notary Public or the ability to obtain such qualification prior to starting work
• Previous experience in real estate preferred
• Great communication skills and customer service
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Highly organized
