Job Description

Job Summary:

The QuickBooks Clerk will perform administrative duties for the accounting department to support the company's operation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Payroll
• Taxes
• Billing
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Purchasing
• Employee Federal and State Regulated forms and requirements
• In-house computer information system - will be responsible for regularly updating and maintaining all information within QuickBooks and any other programs within the company’s structure

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, especially Excel.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of QuickBooks experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary : From $45,000 Annually

Experience:

• QuickBooks Accounting: 4 year (Required)
