Job Description
We are hiring a quick books bookkeeper with recent experience. A plus if you've done bookkeeping with construction or a company that works with abatement / remediation and lead. This position is not just data entry into quickbooks. Please call for more info.
Company: Dedicated to the inspection of industrial, commercial, homes and public places for asbestos, mold , lead abatement, mold remediation and soft demolition.
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Process accounts payable and receivables.
Month end closing - Quickbooks
Bank reconciliation – Quickbooks
Accounts Payable – Quickbooks
Accounts Receivable - Quickbooks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Knowledge with Quickbooks
Must know how to process accounts payable and receivables.
Must know how to do month end closing.
Must know how to do bank reconciliation.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Preferred: abatement / remediation and construction bookkeeping background.
Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $Depending on experience
