About the group:

• 55 years in practice
• 19 locations - 6 clinics
• serving 4 counties
• 500 team members total
• 3 Adult and Child Psychiatrists, 4 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners

Psychiatrist Benefits:

• almost 2 months off per year!! 7 weeks in year 1.
• 37.5 hour work weeks, with 1 hr of dedicated admin time per day
• Compensation: $265,000 - $350,000 /yr based on Experience

About the Psychiatrist role (Adult or Child Psychiatrist) :

• Location: Lynchburg, VA
• Role: Psychiatrist Physician - Crisis Management Role
• Wellness Center that provides a wide variety of clinical services. Both adults and children are offered individualized service options and specializations to meet their unique behavioral health needs.
• Individuals have access to both in-person and telehealth care
• Adult and child medication management, nursing assessments, psychological evaluations, specialized outpatient therapy, specialized case management
• Emergency services, ambulatory crisis stabilization for children, school based services, health information management, and group therapy sessions.
• Group is seeking a physician to provide outpatient psych services and Crisis Management evaluations
• Practice runs 8:30am - 5pm. M-F
• 10-12 patients per day - on site
• 1 hr evals, 20 minute f/u's
• -you will get 1 dedicated RN to support you
