Job Description

Now hiring property maintenance technicians on 1st shift for a new student housing facility downtown Madison! This position is for you if you tinker with repairs or have years of maintenance experience. Our client is wanting this to turn into a full time placement! 
Pay: $23-25/hour
Work includes:

• Basic maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, basic plumbing, patching holes in the wall, etc
• Maintain and keep up with work out equipment in the gym
• Asses more complex issues and work with maintenance manager to call vendors
