We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires leadership, effective communication, and a keen ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all parties are aligned and projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications. Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, environmental, and safety regulations. Identify, analyze, and resolve any project-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and consistently communicate project updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably within the commercial sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
