Our client are hiring a Multifamily Project Executive to grow their office in Columbus. Owner Builder with projects through Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus their look forward someone with Multifamily and leadership experience.
The role:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a project team, including project managers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to foster professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and set performance goals for team members.
Budget and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial goals.
- Review and approve project expenditures, change orders, and invoices.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to assess project profitability.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that construction and renovation projects meet quality standards and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and resolve issues promptly.
Contractor and Vendor Management:
- Select, negotiate contracts with, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Oversee the bid process, evaluate proposals, and make recommendations for contract awards.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications
Salary $175,000 - $225,000 plus package
