Pay Rate / Hours:

\n\n

$17.00 / hr on Days - 5:50 am - 6 pm

\n\n

$19.00 / hr on Nights - 5:50 pm - 6 am

\n\n

Work on a 3 day/4 day schedule and enjoy a 3 day weekend every other weekend

What’s a typical day as Production Operator? You’ll be:

\n\n

\n\t
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout your shift\n\t
• Loading raw parts onto a conveyor belt for chemical coating\n\t
• Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment\n\t
• Performing routine equipment inspections and evaluating efficiency\n\t
• Identifying and implementing improvements in operations\n\t
• Documenting production data such as forms, reports, logs, and batch records\n\t
• Using Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) methods to ensure safety\n\t
• Troubleshooting problems and completing multi-step tasks with minimal supervision\n\t
• Assuring coating slurry and raw substrates meet required specifications\n

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)\n\t
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, including machine operating experience (required)\n\t
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift\n\t
• Possess basic computer, math, and communication skills\n\t
• Are able to stand for long periods and climb ladders\n
