Our client, a leader in innovative digital health solutions, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their Digital Health Team. This role is ideal for a visionary product leader who thrives at the intersection of healthcare and technology. You will drive the creation of novel product strategies and concepts that harness the power of wearables, mobile platforms, clinical studies, and advanced data science. Responsibilities: Create innovative product strategy and concepts to contribute to a robust product pipeline. Collaborate with research, engineering, clinical, data science, and cross-functional teams to deliver products aligned with milestones. Partner with external organizations including payers, providers, academic institutions, and technology companies to advance health-focused product development. Work with design teams to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. Lead design thinking processes from problem definition to implementation. Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, analytics, and success metrics. Drive end-to-end product development in collaboration with technical program managers and development leads. Own product documentation including PRDs, user guides, and performance reporting. Serve as a single point of contact for stakeholders across business, strategy, engineering, design, QA, operations, and legal. Develop competitive positioning, business cases, and product performance KPIs. Collaborate closely with designers and researchers to derive consumer insights, prototypes, and mockups. Requirements: 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in the healthcare industry. 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, including designing and shipping products to market. 1+ years of experience managing co-innovation projects between tech and healthcare sectors. Demonstrated leadership and people management experience. Strong user-centered and iterative software design approach. Proven experience designing, developing, and validating digital health products. Experience with clinical studies, wearable devices, or trials involving human subjects. Hands-on collaboration with engineers developing algorithms and medical device software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities. Experience with healthcare reimbursement models, HIPAA, and state privacy regulations. Track record of working on health products that drove service revenue. Working knowledge of care plans. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: 1 Year + Salary Range: $85-$95 DOE
