• Location: Oregon (45 miles south of Portland)
• Duration: December 2024 - July 2025 (flexible duration, potential for extension)
• Schedule: 4-5 days per week
• Shift options: 8:30a-7p (M, T, Th, F), 8:30a - 5:30p (W), 8:30a-2p (Sat)

>flexible on start and end times if you would like to limit to 8-hour days

• Call: None
• Patients: up to 17 patients per day
• Scope: outpatient, primary care, adult only
• EMR: NextGen
• Support: RNs and MAs
• Affiliated Hospital: 494 beds, level II trauma center
• Requirements: Board certified or board eligible with active or inactive Oregon license

• Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities*
• Assistance with credentialing provide - estimated 30-45 days *
