Are you passionate about history and the great outdoors? Do you long to step back in time to the 1930s and experience life on a Depression Era farm? Look no further! We're seeking a part-time dedicated Historical Farm Hand to join our team at Gallant Farm.

As a Historical Farm Hand, you'll play a vital role in bringing history to life. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Assist the Farm Manager and Farm Educator: Work closely with our knowledgeable team to operate the interpretive (education), domestic, and agricultural aspects of Gallant Farm.
• Hands-On Experience: Roll up your sleeves and engage in authentic activities from the 1930s. Whether its tending crops, caring for livestock, or demonstrating traditional skill, you'll be integral part of our living history.
• Engage Visitors: interact with curious guests, sharing stories, answering questions, and sparking their interest in the past. Your passion for history will inspire and educate!

What We're Looking For:

• Enthusiasm for history, agriculture, and outdoor work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (part-time schedule).
• Associate degree in agriculture, education, American history, natural resources, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and evidence of satisfactory driving record for insurability.
