Power BI Developer Migration & Analytics

Duration: 4 months

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Des Moines ; Las Vegas or Portland also acceptable)

Rate: $65-70/hr on W2

Project Overview

Support a company-wide transition to a unified reporting platform by migrating reports and dashboards from an in-house tool to Azure / Power BI .

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild and replicate in-house dashboards in Power BI , referencing existing business logic and filters
• Migrate reports and dashboards from an internal reporting tool to Azure / Power BI
• Work across multiple data domains including Finance , Asset Management , Supply Chain , and Oracle Field Service
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and contribute to Power BI Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives
• Participate in daily stand-ups, proactively escalate blockers, and request access or support as needed
• Collaborate closely with a Project Manager and Technical Lead in an agile environment

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Experience working with Azure
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate in-house dashboards
• Experience with finance data (highly preferred)
• Oracle Fusion experience (Project Portfolio Management, Supply Chain Management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Join a team of 5 existing Power BI developers
• Daily support and collaboration with project leadership
• Potential opportunity to transition to full-time (pending approval)
