Job Specifications:
-  Job Type: Full-Time
-  Location: Newport News, VA
-  Pay Rate: $18/hr
-  Shift: 7a-330p, Monday- Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Apply powder coating finishes to metal parts efficiently in automated and manual booths.
- Produce the maximum number of coated parts in minimum time while maintaining quality.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints to ensure correct powder application per customer specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Complete working knowledge of proper powder spraying techniques.
- Effective communication skills with supervisors, coworkers, and vendors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Corrected 20/20 vision with the ability to identify color and texture.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, squat, reach, and perform repetitive hand and finger movements.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures within the plant.
- Ability to pass general physical and respirator medical evaluations. Company Description
