THE GIST:

Our client, a Bay Area-based UHNWI, seeks an experienced Personal Assistant/Estate Manager to support them in San Francisco. The ideal candidate has an impressive track record of supporting UHNWIs with polish, professionalism, and sound judgement.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Manage principal's personal & social calendars, schedule appointments, and address conflicts
  • Oversee and coordinate with staff members for multiple U.S. residences
  • Act as main point of contact for family office
  • Run daily personal errands
  • Open and sort mail
  • Handle incoming communications with the utmost discretion and urgency
  • Coordinate travel, arrange transportation, book accommodations & reservations, research entertainment and recreational activities
  • Arrange meetings and dinners, plan parties, and work with outside vendors
  • Oversee art collection, furniture installation, and any household/interior design projects
  • Assist with other projects and tasks, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Estate Manager
  • Experience supporting a UHNWI and/or celebrity required
  • Experience working for a family office a plus
  • Keen attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Polished & professional communication style
  • Expert ability to anticipate the needs of others and service-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and adaptive approach to issues & opportunities
