PeopleSoft Developer with Admin

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Mandatory skills: PeopleSoft CRM, PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleSoft Data Mover

As a PeopleSoft Developer with Admin, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Work on a variety of assignments to support, maintain, and enhance a PeopleSoft CRM system used for Utilization Management application.

2. Be involved in full life-cycle activities (SDLC) including enhancements, customizations, interfaces, queries using PeopleTools.

3. Create and maintain project artifacts like Technical Design, Unit Test Scripts, Unit Test Logs, RCA for Defects.

4. Participate in the overall development effort and complete life cycle for PeopleTools releases.

5. Take ownership of the high-quality design, implementation, and quality of PeopleTools products and technology.

6. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server; experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

7. Hands-on experience of system and real-time user monitoring using tools like Alersite, IPMON, and Dynatrace.

8. Good to have knowledge of Azure Cloud services and Kafka.

9. Key Skill / Skill Specialization: PeopleSoft CRM, PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleSoft Data Mover, PeopleSoft Query, PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, Tuxedo, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, PeopleSoft Process Scheduler, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Microsoft SQL Server.

Educational Qualifications:

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
