- Hospital employed physician group
- Must be board certified or board eligible
- Shift is 7on/7off
- Requires 30 minute response time
- Average 4 hours of rounding per day, then available on call for the remainder of the day/night
- Inpatient rounding on newborns (primarily) and pediatric unit
- Must be NRP certified
- Able to intubate, chest tubes & prescribe Serfactim
- Level 2 NICU
