Associate Pediatric Dentist Wanted, 1 hour from Raleigh.  Any Experience Level!

About the Practice:

• Well-established multispecialty practice serving a diverse patient base.
• 100% doctor owned and led by dentist partners who work in the chair.
• Supportive and collaborative environment. Highly trained and efficient staff enable doctors to be very productive. Their staff has little turnover because of the practices welcoming, family atmosphere and the practices total support of every employee.
• Modern offices with the latest and greatest technology.

About the Position:

• Flexible scheduling options (4-5 days per week).
• Work at your own pace. No quotas, production goals or other impediments on your ability to practice.
• Practice has an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Guaranteed block time in the OR.
• In office sedations.
• HRSA Student loan forgiveness available. FT: $50,000 yr; PT: $25,000 yr.
• Annual expense reimbursement. $5,000. CE, malpractice, licensing etc.
• Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurances. 401-K with company match after 1 yr.
• Paid Time Off: 10 days at $500 per day
• Mature practice with busy schedule from day one. An initial 6-month base guarantee based on abilities and experience vs. 40% of net production. Whichever is higher. The patients are there to exceed the daily once up and running.
• Sign-on / Relocation bonus. $15,000 – $20,000 with 2-year commitment.

Ideal Candidate:

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Pediatric Dental Certification
• North Carolina dental license or ability to attain.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This practice is in Fayetteville which is an “All American City” in North Carolina that has a fantastic quality of life with a reasonable cost of living and low home prices. Only 1 hour to Raleigh & 1 ½ hrs. to the beach!
