We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Patent Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of patent portfolio, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, providing legal advice and support on patent matters, and representing the company in PTAB proceedings. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a deep understanding of patent laws, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills. Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO.
2. Manage and oversee the company's patent portfolio, ensuring that all patents are properly maintained and enforced.
3. Provide legal advice and support to the company on all patent-related matters, including patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom-to-operate analyses.
4. Represent the company in PTAB proceedings, including inter partes reviews, post-grant reviews, and covered business method reviews.
5. Must have experience with Biotechnology and have an undergraduate degree in molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, immunology, biochemistry, or biotechnology
