This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills who enjoys working independently, problem-solving, and bringing creative ideas to the table. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and operate GoToWebinars: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot weekly webinars. Generate and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp and SENDY; pull analytics and reports as needed. Monitor and improve SEO and website analytics: Track traffic, engagement, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements. Advertise firm offerings, including professional workshops, books, and publications across relevant channels. Provide helpful suggestions and feedback for improving the firm’s digital presence and outreach strategies. Assist with marketing content creation and dissemination as needed. Qualifications: Proficient in computer usage, particularly webinar platforms and email marketing tools (GoToWebinar, Mailchimp, SENDY). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to analyze and interpret basic SEO and website analytics. Self-motivated with a creative mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience with legal, educational, or publishing fields is a plus, but not required. Schedule: Saturday mornings from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM required, with flexibility for additional weekdays to be scheduled based on mutual availability.
