We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our executive team and help streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
* Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
* Assist in coordinating events and travel arrangements for executives.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of executives.
* Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Support project management tasks and track progress on various initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Schedule:
* 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours.
