Organizational Development Management Consultant

Location: USA, REMOTE (Eastern time zone operation)
Compensation: 160,000 – 180,000 + bonus
Comprehensive benefits package

TalentSource360 is assisting a growing client in their search for an experienced Organizational Development Management Consultant to drive and implement strategies that enhance organizational performance, improve employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. As a strategic advisor to the leadership team, you will leverage data-driven insights to design and execute programs that align with our company’s goals and values, ensuring our teams are empowered and equipped to achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute organizational development (OD) strategies that drive change, enhance performance, and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation initiatives, facilitating a smooth transition and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
  • Design and implement programs to identify, nurture, and develop key talent across all levels of the organization, with a focus on leadership and employee growth.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote a positive organizational culture, increase employee satisfaction, and reduce turnover.
  • Enhance performance management processes and tools, providing managers and employees with the skills and frameworks needed to set and achieve performance goals.
  • Create and deliver leadership development initiatives, ensuring that leaders have the skills, mindset, and tools to effectively lead teams and manage change.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training and development programs that support both individual and organizational growth objectives.
  • Work closely with business units to assess and redesign organizational structures that support current and future business objectives.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in organizational development, change management (Management Consulting industry experience highly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of OD frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and change management efforts in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with data analysis and the use of metrics to drive organizational insights and decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Organizational Development, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), or related fields is a plus.
