Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote General Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only.
JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
OVERVIEW: In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential notary services remotely, offering your expertise to clients across the U.S., without the constraints of a certain location.
THE DAY TO DAY TASKS…
Verify the identity of signatories using proper identification procedures.
Witness the signing of a wide range of documents, such as legal contracts, medical records, powers of attorney, and more.
Ensure that signatories are fully aware of the contents of the documents that they are signing and are doing so willingly.
Administer oaths and affirmations as necessary for the document's purpose.
Maintain accurate records of each notarization, including dates, locations, and parties involved.
Stay up-to-date with notary laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in.
Comprehensive understanding of notary laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote notarization.
Meticulous attention to detail in verifying documents and identities.
Ability to handle diverse situations with tact and professionalism.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up (equipment for remote notarization). Flexible availability to accommodate clients in your coverage area(s).
PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
