Now, our Indian Hills, CO office is hiring a full-time Office Dispatcher to keep our technicians on track, our workdays efficient, and our customers satisfied!

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR OFFICE DISPATCHER

You'll work a flexible 40-hour schedule, Monday through Friday . Communication, accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction will be your top priorities as you communicate with clients and technicians over the phone and support seamless business operations. Answering incoming phone calls, you'll speak with customers about their needs, answer questions, and enter their data into our dispatch software. You'll maintain a bubbly and professional attitude (even when interacting with challenging personality types), schedule service appointments, and dispatch technicians to jobs based on location, skill set, and availability. When appropriate, you'll also help drive revenue by promoting service agreements and selling accessories over the phone.

Would you excel as our new Office Dispatcher? Here's what you need:

• 3+ years of dispatch experience
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging interactions
• Ability to follow up after requests and see projects through to completion
• Proficiency with technology and modern dispatch software, preferably ServiceTitan
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy personality
• Self-starter mentality with a fast-paced work ethic
• Familiarity with coaching programs (Praxis S-10, Nexstar, Blue Collar Success Group, etc.) - preferred
• HVAC or plumbing dispatch experience - preferred
