Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Responsibilities:

• Conducting physical assessments and diagnostic tests on newborns
• Managing and coordinating care for premature or critically ill infants
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Providing education and support to families on newborn care and development
• Participating in medical rounds and contributing to patient care discussions
• Responding to emergencies and providing critical care as needed

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Current certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
• Current state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in neonatology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
