Salary: $20 per hour
About the Job:
We are looking to hire a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to work night shift on the weekends and (if things go well) provide an opportunity for additional hours on swing shift during the week. Specific work days will include Saturdays and Sundays every week.
Typical hours for Night are 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Typical hours for Swing shift opportunity are 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
The schedule and shifts are somewhat flexible.
This is an hourly position as a W-2 employee.
Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is preferred.
Job Duties:
Job duties include group facilitation, group documentation, paperwork, following specific company protocols, medication pass, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities. Other duties include: computer work, intakes, admissions, discharges, running errands, de-escalation, transportation and more.
Job Requirements: Must have a valid RADT or similar credential that is not expired. Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year. Must be available to work every weekend (both Saturday and Sunday).
