Location: Houston, TX (Central Houston Neighborhood)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation: $22–$28+/hr, depending on experience, paid time off, paid holidays, guaranteed hours
A professional Houston couple is seeking a warm, reliable, and engaging full-time nanny to provide high-quality care for their young child. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, proactive, and confident managing daily routines, developmental activities, and light household support related to the child.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing, developmentally appropriate care
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support learning and growth
Maintain a consistent daily routine (meals, naps, playtime)
Prepare meals/snacks for the child
Handle child-related housekeeping including tidying play areas, dishes, and laundry
Drive the child to activities or outings as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with parents
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional childcare work experience (nanny, daycare, preschool, etc.)
Verifiable childcare work references
Knowledge of age-appropriate child care knowledge and safety
Access to reliable transportation to use for work and a clean driving record
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
Positive, energetic, and dependable
Willing to undergo background check
