Multimedia Marketing Intern
Knobelsdorff is seeking a Multimedia Intern to join our fast-moving Marketing team. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, hands-on video production, and creative design, this internship is your opportunity to build your portfolio and gain real-world experience inside a dynamic, people-first organization in the energy, electrical, and automation space.

You'll work side-by-side with our marketing team to shoot, design, edit, and deliver multimedia content that supports campaigns, internal communications, and social media.

What You Will Do

Assist with Multimedia Content Creation

• Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video footage at job sites, events, and team activities
• Support the creation of short-form and long-form video content (project spotlights, employee features, recruiting reels)
• Design marketing collateral such as sell sheets, flyers, and event signage
• Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and slide decks for internal and external use
• Edit videos, photos, and graphics for use across social media, email campaigns, internal screens, and the website

Post-Production & Asset Management

• Help with editing and formatting assets using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva
• Organize and tag photo/video/design libraries for easy access across the team
• Ensure content is appropriately formatted for different channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, print, etc.)

Learn & Collaborate

• Participate in creative brainstorms and campaign planning sessions
• Receive mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals
• Gain exposure to brand strategy, design systems, visual identity, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration

• Currently pursuing a degree in Media Production, Film, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Comfortable behind a camera and familiar with basic shooting techniques
• Experience using video/photo editing and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Enthusiasm for storytelling, design, and working in a team setting
• Bonus: Familiarity with social media content trends, motion graphics, or drone footage

Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/Hour DOE
