Mobile Sales Associate Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively engage customers to assist with right fitting devices, understanding customers concerns, and reasons for visiting the store
Demonstrate a strong understanding of products, services, and current promotions
Maintain positivity, work under pressure, and appropriately address upset customers
Create rapport with customers and strive for the best customer service you can give
Keeps store in an orderly environment and audit ready at all times(general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, disinfecting)
Checking emails, responding in a timely manner, and completing trainings
Completing transactions, activations, and cash handling
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Retail experience preferred, but not required (retail training will be provided)
Reliable, willingness to learn, and ready to earn!
