The Marketing Intern will perform basic analysis of marketing / customer / industry data to assist the Marketing Department in developing specific promotions and sales programs designed to generate incremental revenue opportunities. The Intern will have the opportunity to execute, with supervision, such marketing programs. The Marketing Intern will also perform basic graphics and design work in support of digital marketing programs. The Intern will aid and support Marketing associates at Company events that promote Thompson Tractor, its divisions and product lines. The successful candidate in this position must be able to travel up to 25% of the time throughout Alabama, Tennessee, northwest Florida and Georgia.

• Perform research and analysis to identify new prospects and opportunities
• Support the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialists and Marketing Coordinators in developing and executing Marketing campaigns, promotions and micro-campaigns
• Analyze assigned data to assist the Marketing Department in designing campaigns, promotions and micro-campaigns
• Assist Digital Marketing Coordinator in creating social media content
• Participate in brand, marketing and product meetings to acquire Company knowledge that complements the development and execution of Marketing campaigns, promotions and micro-campaigns
• Travel to Company events to provide production assistance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education Some college (preferred)
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience Experience using personal computers with basic typing skills is required. (required)
