JOB RESPONSIBILITIES — Can you rock these challenges?

• Social Media & Content Creation
  • Create engaging photos and video contents that showcases our products, lifestyle and mission.
  • Planning and attending off-site activities for marketing materials / content creation opportunities.
• Marketing & Social Media Management
  • Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook presence.
  • Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute campaigns, launches and product drops.
  • Reply to DMs/comments, build relationship with followers and amplify the gun-community engagement
  • Track content performance and optimize based on what hits (and what flops).
• OPTIONAL/BONUS! If you also aspire to be a YouTube Superstar...
  • You can be the face and voice of Valhalla Tactical - be it on events, social media and other digital platforms, Super Bonus Points for you!

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• You live and breathe content — filming, editing, storytelling is second nature to you.
• Comfortable using firearms and gear (training can be provided if needed).
• Experience with Reels, TikTok trends, short-form videos, and storytelling.
• You understand brand vibes, and know how to keep it sharp, gritty, impactful, and on-point.
• Detail-Oriented: Prove it by telling us your favorite ice-cream flavor!

Preferred Skillsets:

• Self-Starter : Demonstrate excellent time and task management, problem solver.
• High School Diploma/GED 5+ AND relevant work experience is a must!
• Great work ethics: Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and professional etiquette.
• Occasional Travel: Who doesn't want to go to SHOT Show?
• Reliable Transportation : Essential for Trips!!

Bonus Points For:

• Those with background in tactical, firearms, outdoor or survival content (Veterans are welcome!)
• Advanced degrees or certifications
• Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Strong documentation skills (Microsoft Word, photography, basic desktop publishing)
