About the Role
The Company is seeking a Market CEO to join their team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and engaging leader, responsible for providing strategic direction to ensure the growth and success of the organization. This role involves overseeing the development and support of competitive strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and fostering business growth through the maintenance of key relationships. The Market CEO will also be tasked with expanding service lines, improving profitability, and surpassing targets, all while maintaining a focus on long-term growth initiatives to ensure the stability and future success of the organization. Applicants for the Market CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' hospital administration experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within behavioral health inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will be an experienced behavioral health leader with a proven track record of communicating a clear strategy and vision, and engaging effectively with all levels of the organization. Key responsibilities include formulating and submitting budgets, financial statements, and resource funding, as well as providing direction on mission, quality performance, compliance, and productivity. The role requires a leader who is dedicated to the core values of the organization, including dignity, comprehensive care, quality, integrity, advocacy, and teamwork.
