Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and support daily operations at our apartment communities. This role is vital in maintaining the property's physical integrity and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and complete work orders for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry.
• Complete apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks.
• Ensure grounds, common areas, and amenities are clean and functional.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• EPA Certification or HVAC experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family/apartment settings.
• Working knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
